Chozick Realty closes on Deer Park Apartments: 45-units for $5.5m
Willington, CT Tom Boyle and Steve Pappas of Chozick Realty have facilitated the sale of Deer Park Apartments. The 45-unit garden style, multifamily property located at 87 Ruby Rd., closed at a sales price of $5.5 million, ($122,222 per unit).
Deer Park Apartment’s two buildings on a 23-acre site and has a unit mix of 10 one-bedroom apartments and 35 two bedroom apartments. This complex has a rental history of being close to 100% occupancy on a consistent basis. It is in close proximity to The University of Connecticut’s main campus in Storrs.
The property was sold by Deer Park Management, LLC, a Mass.-based investor. Chozick Realty, Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction. Boyle represented the seller and Pappas represented the buyer.
