Chozick Realty closes sale of 18-unit Tiffany Apartments for $2.8 million
West Hartford, CT Rick Chozick of the Hartford offices of investment broker Chozick Realty has completed the sale of the 18-unit Tiffany Apartments for $2.8 million or $155,555 per unit.
Built in 1973 at 787 Farmington Ave., this three-story building offers apartments with all but two apartments being two bedrooms with two baths. Features include private balconies, central air, community room and garage parking under the building.
The Tiffany Apartments is near West Hartford Center and Blue Back Sq., the town’s commercial and retail center as well as being a regional draw for entertainment and dining in Central Connecticut.
The new owner plans a full cosmetic upgrade of the apartments and common areas to enhance the property and resident experience as well as to add value.
Chozick Realty represented the longtime owner of the Tiffany Apartments as well as procuring the buyer within a week of bringing the property to market.
