Chozick Realty completes sale of 128 units in Willington
Chozick Realty, Inc. has completed the sale of 128 student apartment units located near the University of Connecticut. Willington Oaks Apartments offered an investment in a supply constrained market with ample opportunity for rental growth.
Chozick Realty marketed the property utilizing a national marketing platform. The interest in the property was extremely strong with a substantial number of competitive bids tendered by the offer deadline. Chozick Realty, Inc. represented the seller, as well as procuring the buyer.
This is the sixth student apartment complex at UCONN sold by Chozick Realty in the past eight months.
