Chozick Realty facilitates $1.2 million sale of Knox Place Apartments

Manchester, CT Chozick Realty has completed the sale of Knox Place Apartments, a multifamily property located at 12–20 Knox St. The closing price was $1.2 million or $150,000/unit.

Knox Place Apartments consists of two side-by-side four-unit buildings, totaling eight two-bedroom apartments. The property maintained a historically high occupancy and offered the investors an in-place cash flow with additional value-add opportunity.

At the time of sale, four of the eight units had been fully updated to all new kitchen and bathroom fixtures, putting the property in high rental demand.

Chozick Realty served as the sole broker in the transaction, representing the seller as well as procuring the purchaser.

This transaction highlights continued demand for well-located multifamily assets in central Connecticut, particularly those offering a combination of stable income and upside through strategic improvements.
