Mark Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial has completed the sale of an industrial property located at 95 Peters Rd. The property was sold for $3.175 million, with the transaction closing on March 18, 2026.
The buyer, Cork Associates LLC, operating as Wolverine Fire Protection Co., acquired the property as part of its ongoing business operations and expansion strategy. Wolverine Fire Protection Co., a leader in fire protection services, will utilize the facility to support its growing operational needs.
The seller, DSJL Properties, LLC, associated with Siracusa Moving and Storage, completed the disposition of the asset as part of its portfolio strategy.
The transaction was represented by Berkowitz, representing the seller, and David Murdock of Sentry Commercial, acting on behalf of the buyer.
O,R&L Commercial has also facilitated the sale of 225 Leonard Dr. in Groton, a fully leased investment property that traded for $1.8 million.
The property was acquired by Hartzito Properties West LLC from Library Hill LLC. The asset was marketed and sold as a stabilized investment, with both existing tenants — Beer’d Brewing and Mystic Cheese Company — remaining in place.
The seller, Library Hill LLC, made the decision to bring the property to market, while the buyer, Hartzito Properties West LLC, was actively seeking an income-producing investment opportunity. The transaction represents a mutually beneficial outcome, aligning a motivated seller with an investor focused on stable, long-term returns.
