Christie and McGee of NAI Hunneman broker $2.6 million apt. bldg. sale

NAI Hunneman brokered the sale of a 36-unit apartment building, known as Yarmouth House, for $2.6 million.NAI Hunneman's Carl Christie, executive VP and principal, and Dan McGee, sales associate, represented the seller, 15 Willow St. LLC, and procured the buyer, 15 Willow Westboro, LLC. "We're very pleased to close this sale on behalf our client," said Christie. "Yarmouth House is a great asset and offers upside potential for the new buyer." Built in 1969 and located at 15 Willow St., Yarmouth House sits on a 45,459 s/f professionally landscaped site. The building includes one studio, 23 one-bedroom units and 12two-bedroom units. Many of the units were remodeled in the last four years and common hallways were redone three years ago.
