Christie and McGee of NAI Hunneman brokers $5.18m sale of 24-unit apartment property
NAI Hunneman recently brokered the $5.18 million sale of 24 apartment units to Fortium Realty LLC.
The sale involved a brick garden-style building at 15 Leicester St. NAI Hunneman executive vice president/principal Carl Christie and sales associate Dan McGee represented the seller, The Man Trust, and procured buyer Fortium in the transaction.
"With its eclectic mix of retail and restaurant amenities, Brighton remains a highly sought destination for Boston renters, drawing both students and young professionals," said McGee. "With a stable tenant roster and room for rental rate growth, 15 Leicester St. represents a great investment for its new owner."
The apartments at 15 Leicester St. feature hardwood flooring and are large for their dense urban location, with 20 two-bedroom units and 3 three-bedroom units in the mix. All of the units were occupied at the time of the sale.
