Churchill & Banks breaks ground on 3,000 s/f Sovereign Bank branch

Churchill & Banks Companies, LLC is the developer for a 3,000 s/f free-standing Sovereign Bank branch at 896 Tiogue Ave. It is adjacent to the Super Stop & Shop and will have three drive thru lanes. Churchill & Banks anticipates a late August delivery of the bank branch. The construction manager is Urbance Construction. The site contractor is Site Resources. The broker was Hayse & Sherry. Design was provided by Symmes Maini McKee and Associates This project along with a new Walgreen's, another national bank and the Brookside Center development will revitalize the Tiogue Ave. (Rte. 3) thoroughfare
