Ciluzzi of Premier Commercial sells 88 acres to the town of Sandwich for $3.3 million

Sandwich, MA John Ciluzzi, president of Premier Commercial, orchestrated the $3.3 million sale of vacant land to the town of Sandwich. This transaction, finalized on April 22, 2025, at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds, marks a pivotal moment for the community.

Spanning over 88 acres across three prime parcels at 225 and 190-R Discovery Hill Rd. and 116-A Kiah’s Way, this sale stands as the largest of its kind in decades on Cape Cod.

The journey leading to this feat began in the spring of 2024 when Chapter 7 trustee Steven Weiss enlisted Ciluzzi’s expertise. Premier’s strategic sales approach, encompassing comprehensive marketing efforts, site tours, and competitive bidding processes, unfolded throughout the summer of 2024.

Reflecting on this transformative sale, Ciluzzi emphasized its profound impact on the future of the local community. He highlighted how this strategic move aligns with the town’s long-term vision, particularly in addressing critical wastewater and infrastructure requirements. Town manager George Durham and his dedicated team navigated a meticulous and intricate transaction, ensuring a legacy of prosperity for generations ahead.
