From day one company founder Chris Dolloff nurtured his client and vendor relationships while he directed his firm's managers to perform personalized service at the local level.
Cityside's superior field service was quickly recognized by Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administrators who were outsourcing REO (Real Estate Owned) services. The excellent performance of the company's first contract, along with the relationships and experience gained, led to scalable growth opportunities for Cityside in other markets. Since its founding 15 years ago, Cityside's business footprint has grown to cover as many as 37 states and manage over 15,000 properties.
