Cityside Management Corp. promotes Raimer to president

Manchester, NH Cityside Management Corp., a leading national real estate services company, has appointed a new president to accelerate its strategic expansion plans, including two brand-new contracts covering 3,000 homes. Jennifer Raimer is promoted to president, after serving as COO and chief talent officer for several years. She will lead the company’s aggressive efforts to extend services and key government and private contracts beyond the 45 states the company already serves, according to Chris Dolloff, Founder and CEO of Cityside.

“Absolutely no one is better equipped to lead Cityside into the next phase of growth and transformation than Jen Raimer,” says Dolloff, who founded the company in 1998 and continues to serve as its CEO. “She and her team have already accomplished amazing things … her ability to bring more value to our clients is key, especially as we continue to expand territories for complex contracts this year.”

Headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire with 120 employees and satellite offices across the country, Cityside preserves, protects and enhances real estate values, serving clients with high-volume portfolios, from the federal government and private lenders to local homeowner associations with 50 units or more. It has successfully marketed and managed more than 100,000 properties with its nationwide network of 4,300 contractors.

The company recently won two major contracts, Dolloff says, including a neighborhood stabilization contract covering the entire state of Rhode Island in March, and just this week a large marketing contract with the federal government in North Carolina and South Carolina covering more than 3,000 homes.

“I’m honored to lead Cityside at this exciting time because of the incredible momentum and exciting new projects our national team and vendor network are taking on,” Raimer says. “These expanded partnerships align perfectly with our strategic plans to serve clients with large real-estate owned volumes across the entire eastern seaboard, stretching toward Texas and beyond.”

Cityside Management Corporation delivers comprehensive real estate services to clients with high-volume portfolios. Cityside specializes in asset management, property preservation, and property management in 45 states across the country for the federal government, private lenders, and local homeowner associations. It employs more than 120 people and is headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire. Founded in 1998 and a core vendor for United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Cityside has successfully marketed and managed more than 100,000 properties nationwide.
