Ciummei and McFarland of Avison Young broker 11,000 s/f lease

Avison Young has brokered an 11,000 s/f lease at 11 River St. Avison Young associate Michael Ciummei and principal Karyn McFarland represented the tenant, Hansen Aerospace. Nordlund Associates vice president Anthony Triglione represented the landlord, GRH Realty, Inc. 11 River St. is a one-story, 18,000 s/f warehouse located in the greater Boston Danvers/Beverly industrial submarket. "Hansen Aerospace is a well-established Massachusetts-based company and Avison Young was proud to find a convenient warehouse space to meet its needs," said Ciummei. "Hansen would like to thank Michael Ciummei and Avison Young for working swiftly and diligently to meet our needs in a very timely manner." said Eric D'Orio, general manager of Hansen Aerospace. Hansen Aerospace was established in 1982, is NADCAP certified, and widely known as a world leader in ultrasonic engine disk inspection. Hansen also sets the industry standard for Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, & Chemical Processing. Hansen is also an FAA approved Repair Station.
