CKO Kickboxing now open at Apple Tree Shopping Center, Londonderry, NH - managed by Verani Realty
Londonderry, NH According to Andrew Levy, CCIM, senior retail manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty Commercial, CKO Kickboxing has leased 3,200 s/f for their second New England franchise. Owned and operated by Louann and Brian Gentiluomo, CKO features 42 heavy bags suspended throughout the workout area with a small retail section where clients can purchase gloves, sports drinks and other merchandise.
Apple Tree Shopping Center was purchased a year and a half ago by Vernco Apple LLC. Since the property changed hands, seven new tenants have opened their doors with two more businesses under construction. The center is managed by Vernet Properties and the retail team at Verani Realty spearheads leasing efforts.
CKO started in N.J. and now boasts over 65 locations across the United States.
