Clark of Shanley Realtors sells Angelica's Muse in Portsmouth

Angelica's Muse, a women's boutique, located at 19 Market St. in downtown Portsmouth, has been sold. Deborah Arzt, the owner and founder of Angelica's Muse decided that after 14 years of travel and long retail hours that she would like to take a break. Dudley Clark of Shanley Realtors LLC in Portsmouth represented the owner and facilitated the sale for the buyer. Angelica's Muse opened in 1994 on State St., and then moved to Bow St., before securing its current location in 2004. Angelica's Muse thrived because of the owners disciplined eye, a network of largely exclusive sources and a loyal following. The new owner is Kyle Swann who currently owns and operates This Is It, a specialty store in Ogunquit, Me. Mary Driscoll Esq. of Mary Driscoll Law Offices of Portsmouth represented Arzt in the sale while Simone Masse Esq. of McNeil, Taylor and Gallo of Dover represented Swann.
