Pickering of New England Retail Props. leases 4,500 s/f to Gelvani Liquors
New England Retail Properties, Inc. has leased 4,500 s/f in East Haven Green Shopping Center located at 25-75 Frontage Rd. to Gelvani Liquors.
Located off I-95 East Haven Green Shopping Center is a 200,000 s/f center located in one of Connecticut's most visible traffic arteries. It is home to a brand new Home Depot, AutoZone, Edible Arrangements, Off-Track Bedding and Wendy's.
Nelson Pickering negotiated the lease between the landlord, East Haven Associates, and Gelvani Liquors on behalf of New England Retail Properties, Inc. Pickering represented the landlord and was the sole agent in the deal.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
