Clark of The Geenty Group brokers 4,940 s/f lease to Vimacs
Vimacs, Inc. d/b/a Allstate Commercial Drivers Training has leased 4,940 s/f at 65 South Tpke. Rd. Allstate Commercial Drivers Training will be using the space to train its forklift drivers. Their home office is located in Shelton where they certify drivers in tractor trailer driving so they can obtain their CDL.
Bill Clark of The Geenty Group Realtors, Branford represented the landlord, 65 South Turnpike Road LLC, while Fred Messore of Colonial Properties, Orange represented the tenant in the transaction.
