Clark of The Geenty Group brokers 800 s/f lease
The Geenty Group, Realtors, Branford, reports the lease of an 800 s/f industrial unit at 205 Research Dr., a multi-tenant facility. Timothy Kron will use the space for general office use and storage of building products he requires to operate his business of providing improvements and maintenance of residential and commercial buildings. The landlord is D'Amato Investments, LLC. Bill Clark, senior vice president of The Geenty Group, was the sole agent in this transaction.
