Clark of The Geenty Group brokers two leases
Bill Clark, senior vice president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, brokered the lease of a 1,024 s/f industrial unit in a multi-tenant facility at 11 Sycamore Way. The new tenant is Thomas White of Achieve Athletics, LLC. The tenant will use the space for the storage and distribution of sporting apparel. Clark also represented the landlord, Gray Eagle Corp.
Clark also leased a 1,024 s/f industrial unit at 11 Sycamore Way to Trevor King. He will use the space for electrostatic powder coating. Clark represented the landlord, Gray Eagle Corp., and Greg Robbins of William Raveis in Guilford represented the tenant.
