Clark of The Geenty Group brokers two leases totaling 2,368 s/f
According to The Geenty Group, Realtors in Branford, a commercial/ industrial 1,600 s/f unit in a multi-tenant facility at 205 Research Dr. has been leased from D'Amato Investments, LLC, to Daniel G. Blanchet, a home remodeling company. The tenant was represented by Eva Zaniewska of ERA Property World, while the landlord was represented by William Clark of the Geenty Group Realtors.
In another transaction, a commercial industrial 768 s/f unit in a multi-tenant facility at 11 Sycamore Way, Branford was leased from Gray Eagle Corporation to Columbus Management Systems, Inc., a small package delivery company expanding its services area into Connecticut. The tenant was represented by Greg Robbins of Raveis Real Estate Services, while the landlord was represented by Clark of the Geenty Group Realtors.
