Clark of The Geenty Group handles 1,334 s/f lease
2415 Boston Post Road - Guilford, CT
Guilford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the lease of a 1,334 s/f office in a multi-tenant facility at 2415 Boston Post Rd. The tenant is Tricia Mignosa APRN. The office will be used for a small outpatient mental health practice consisting of therapists and two advanced practice registered nurses. The landlord is Mariner Properties, LLC. Bill Clark, of The Geenty Group, was the sole agent in the transaction.
