Clark of The Geenty Group leases 768 s/f to 1000 Percent Fitness at 11 Sycamore Way in Branford
Branford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors completed a 768 s/f unit in a multi-tenant facility at 11 Sycamore Way. The tenant is 1000 Percent Fitness, LLC. The owner is Clifford Morton. He will be using the space for a personal training facility.
The landlord is Gray Eagle Corp. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, was the sole agent in this transaction.
