Cleeman Realty Group arranges the $9 million portfolio sale of two net lease Winn Dixie supermarkets located in Florida

Willison, VT Cleeman Realty Group arranged the $9 million portfolio sale of two net lease Winn Dixie  supermarkets located in Williston and Crawfordville. Both properties recently underwent multi million dollar store renovations by the tenant and the stores sales volumes that put them in the top tier of the chain for the Florida market.

Michael Cleeman of Cleeman Realty Group was the broker for the transaction.

“The high sales volume and lease term made the properties fit well into the buyers fund that acquires net lease supermarkets” said Cleeman.  “The seller took advantage of the strong market for net lease grocers and although they weren’t expecting to sell, they couldn’t turn down the offer”
