Cleeman Realty Group completes sale of net-leased Winn-Dixie property in Birmingham, AL
Birmingham, AL Cleeman Realty Group negotiated the sale of a net-leased Winn-Dixie property located at 4470 Montevallo Rd. The property spans 51,282 s/f on 6.7 acres.
Michael Cleeman, principal of Cleeman Realty Group, represented both the buyer and the seller. The seller sought to capitalize on the strong demand for net-leased supermarket properties, while the buyer was drawn to the long-term lease and the recent acquisition of the Winn-Dixie chain by Aldi earlier this year.
“This transaction highlights the continued investor appetite for stable, net-leased grocery properties,” said Cleeman. “The combination of a long-term lease and the strength of the Aldi-backed Winn-Dixie brand made this property a highly attractive acquisition.”
This marks the 15th Winn-Dixie property that Cleeman Realty Group has sold in recent years, further solidifying the firm’s expertise and leadership in the supermarket real estate sector.
