Coastal Commercial brokers 31,200 s/f lease - arranged by Volpe

New Bedford, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate has completed the lease of an industrial/warehouse building located at 67-75 David St. The space consists of 31,200 s/f of Industrial/warehouse space. The location will be used for a storage center.

The lessor was, David Street, LLC c/o Acorn Management, and the lessee was New Skip’s Marine, Inc. The lease price and terms were undisclosed. 

The lessor and the lessee were represented by Michael Volpe from Coastal Commercial Real Estate.

Coastal Commercial is a division of The Nery Corp. and specializes in the Sales and Leasing of office, retail, commercial, industrial and warehouse properties.
