of 13 Washburn Lane, Marion, MA

Marion, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of 13 Washburn Ln.

The property was purchased by South Sagamore Services & Fence Co. Noble Vincent, commercial broker with Coastal Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller. Terms were undisclosed.

This general business zoned property, offers over 8.5 acres of residential and general business land with two commercial buildings totaling 5,531 s/f. The buildings sit on a large parcel which allows for indoor and outdoor storage as well as significant possibilities to add on or redevelop. 

The two commercial warehouse buildings were rented at the time of sale.

This property is located on Route 6, near Route 195 and offers easy highway access to Providence, Cape Cod and Boston corridors.
