Coastal Commercial Real Estate negotiates sale of 2,680 s/f mixed-use building

New Bedford, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale of the historic Eldridge & Lombard office building located at 67 Allen St.

The 2,680 s/f mixed-use building is situated close to downtown and St. Luke’s Hospital at the corner of Allen and County St.

The interior features a mahogany staircase, reception room, conference room, several offices, kitchenette, and restroom. The second floor offered a two-bedroom apartment, storage, and attic space.

The exterior has maintenance-free vinyl-siding, a new roof, and off-street parking.

The transaction took place on November 2, 2023 and terms were undisclosed.
