Coastal Commercial sells 23,260 s/f property
New Bedford, MA The Nery Corp. d/b/a Coastal Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of 23 Pope’s Island building and property on the waterfront.
The location has 23,260 s/f of retail/office commercial space, on a two acre parcel. Formerly a supermarket and for the last 43 years home of Fairhaven True Value Hardware, this site will be utilized for a nationally recognized marine and shipyard business, Fairhaven Shipyard Companies, Inc.
The seller was, Pope’s Island Realty Associates LLC, and the buyer was Cook Island Realty LLC.
The sellers were represented by Lori and Kevin Nery of Coastal Commercial. The purchase/lease price was undisclosed.
