Cobb Hill Const. nears completion of dentist offices in Nashua and Concord

December 02, 2008 - Northern New England
According to Cobb Hill Construction, Inc. work is well underway on the creation of two new dental facilities. Offices for Dr. Anthony Storace in Nashua and Dr. Conrad Lee in Concord are scheduled to be completed this month.
The new office of Dr. Storace has taken shape through the conversion of an empty retail space into a large dental facility. Cobb Hill was chosen to develop the 10,000 s/f space, located on two floors, into 12 dental rooms, a reception area, and a waiting room. The new office will also include an elevator, a new stairway, a new AC and heating system, a water feature, and a fireplace. Custom finishes include maple trim and crown moldings, faux paint, and fabric wall coverings. The project will also include the creation of additional office space on the 2nd floor, which will be available for lease. The 20 week schedule is being maintained by project manager Tim Drew along with project supervisor Jim Hayes.
Construction began mid October on a new dental facility for Dr. Lee. The 2,400 s/f former office space is being refitted as an upscale dental facility built to house 4 dental rooms with preparations for expansion. Features such as custom cabinetry, a kids' play area, a coffee bar, and a water feature will also be included. The project is scheduled to complete in 12 weeks and is being overseen by project manager Tim Drew and project supervisor Adrian Pouliot.
