Waters of McLaughry Comm'l. sells 11,000 s/f to Pete's Tire Barn - $548,000

White River Junction, VT Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial negotiated the recent sale of the former Hillside Motor Sports building to Pete's Tire Barn. The 11,000 s/f building has display, warehousing and extra storage space. The facility is centrally located on State Highway 14 with access to I-89/91. Pete's Tire Barn was started by Peter Gerry in 1968 and they operate 15 full service locations in New England. McLaughry Comm'l. represented the facility owners, Alex and Mary Lou DeFelice and assisted Pete's Tire Barn with the purchase. The sale price was $548,000.
