Cobb of Cardente leases 1,800 s/f to More & Co.

Yarmouth, ME According to Cardente Real Estate, More & Co. has leased 1,800 s/f of retail space at Lower Falls Landing located at 106 Lafayette St. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, SEKA Properties, LLC and the tenant, by Mike Cobb of Cardente Real Estate. 

The new location will provide them with a larger retail showroom displaying their products. In addition to retail, they have future plans to provide customers with beer, wine, and coffee to make it an even more unique shopping experience.
