Northeast Retail Leasing brokers two leases totaling 27,600 s/f in Willimantic

Willimantic, CT According to Northeast Retail Leasing, Dollar Tree Stores will co-anchor University Plaza at 1315 Main St. in 10,700 s/f. Planet Fitness, in 16,900 s/f will be the second anchor. They will open in late fall.  Renovations of the center will be completed upon their opening. 

University Plaza is shadow anchored by Super Stop & Shop. The addition of Dollar Tree will make University Plaza a very popular shopping destination for the 75,000 people that live in the market.
