Cohen of CGI Management, Inc. negotiates 3,400 s/f lease to Toscano

Richard Cohen of CGI Management, Inc. has negotiated and signed a lease with Toscano Restaurant to open an Italian Restaurant at 52 Brattle St. This will be Toscano's second location. Their original location is at 47 Charles St., Boston. Richard Cacciagrani of Toscano has been overseeing the complete renovation of the 3,400 s/f space. They have combined two former retail spaces, including the corner store with views down Brattle St. Cohen said, "The caliber of Toscano Restaurant compliments our other high quality tenants in our block including Burdick Chocolates and Settebello."
