Coldwell Banker Millett negotiates $425,000 sale
Kevin Fletcher of Team Fletcher Coldwell Banker Millett Realty brokered a sale at Winn and Drew Sts.
Winndrew LLC sold the 13 lot mobile home park with seven park owned homes and two single family homes to HPDW, LLC.
Fletcher represented the landlord and Sean Watkins, also of Team Fletcher Coldwell represented the buyer.
The price of this transaction was $425,000.
