Cole of Arnold Peck's Commercial World sells four apartment buildings for $1.35 million

Robert Cole of Arnold Peck's Commercial World sold four brick apartment buildings for $1.35 million. The apartment buildings consist of 26 units total and are located in the Westville section. Cole represented the seller, a New York investor, as well as the buyer, 325 Fountain LLC. The units all have one-bedroom, separate gas and electric, as well as, off street parking. With an extensive marketing plan, Cole was able to obtain a knowledgeable buyer. The financing was through TD Bank North. Cole has been a commercial broker for 25 years, specializing in investment properties all with Arnold Peck's Commercial World.
