Colliers and Jumbo Capital complete 135,600 s/f
manufacturing building

Canton, MA According to Colliers, the 135,600 s/f of purpose-built GMP/advanced manufacturing space has been completed at 30 Dan Rd. A Colliers team led by executive vice president Kevin Hanna and senior vice president Kevin Brawley is seeking a new tenant on behalf of the owners, Jumbo Capital Inc. and certain funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management.

The developer, Jumbo Capital with project lead Brooke Duskin, delivered the building with their construction affiliate, Surus, executing as the general contractor. The asset that sits on nearly 10 acres with close proximity to I-93 is now available for tenant leasing and improvements. Subdividable to 50,000 s/f, the core and shell construction features 34-foot clear heights, four loading docks and 6,400 amps of power.

The property is located at 30 Dan Rd., within an expanding advanced manufacturing corridor of Canton Commerce Center. Its location, is accessible from Greater Boston and Cambridge, makes it an ideal site for a wide range of manufacturing and GMP users.

“This purpose-built space is an opportunity to lease a top-of-the-line facility in a highly accessible and thriving corridor,” said Hanna. “The acquisition, conversion and expansion of this property will help meet the dynamic needs of advanced manufacturing tenants by offering space that aligns seamlessly with the sector’s expanding footprint.”

“This flexible manufacturing space was purpose-designed to provide efficient infrastructure for tenants to custom build the space to their needs,” said Nick Trocki, senior vice president at Jumbo Capital “We are excited to partner with the right user group to provide them space for success.”

The property underwent a significant redevelopment starting in July 2022 and was funded by Jumbo Capital and funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management. Surus served as the general contractor for the redevelopment, tapping Integrated Project Services, LLC for architecture and civil engineer Highpoint Engineering.
