Freudenheim Partners represents CCTV in 9,167 s/f lease renewal at 438 Mass. Ave.

Cambridge, MA Freudenheim Partners has represented CCTV, also known as Cambridge Community Television, in the renewal of its 9,167 s/f lease at 438 Massachusetts Ave. 

A longstanding community media center in Central Sq., CCTV fosters free speech, civic engagement, and creative expression through media education, youth programs, production resources, and public access programming. The renewal ensures the organization will continue operating from a highly visible and accessible location that supports its work in Cambridge and the broader region.
