Colliers Hartford brokers $1.01 million sale of Advance Auto store

Advance Auto Parts, 1247 Social Street - Blackston, MA

Blackstone, MA Colliers Hartford has completed the sale of a single tenant Advance Auto store located at 1247 Social St. for $1.01 million. Phil Gagnon, Ian Hunt, and John Cafasso of Colliers represented the seller in the transaction.

Of the sale, Hunt said, “Demand for high quality assets like 1247 Social St. remains robust, evidenced by multiple above-ask offers.”

Advance Auto recently exercised a five-year option at the 6,812 s/f property. The purchaser is a private investor and was represented by Bruce Corn of NAI/Merin Hunter Codman.
