Colliers | Hartford brokers $2.7 million sale of 100 Palmer Ave. to JDZ Realty, LLC

Springfield, MA Colliers | Hartford has completed the sale of 100 Palmer Ave. JDZ Realty, LLC purchased the 190,000 s/f industrial building on 12.8 acres for $2.7 million in December.

Christian Dietz and Bob Pagani of Colliers represented the seller, Westrock Container, LLC.
