Daniel Carucci

Boston, MA According to Colliers’ executive managing director and market leader David Goodhue, the company has hired Daniel Carucci as an associate. Carucci joins Colliers from Newmark Knight Frank where he most recently worked as a senior research analyst focused on the downtown market. Prior to his last three years working at Newmark, Carucci worked in CoStar’s Portfolio Strategy group where he performed market analytics and advised institutional clients on multi-market investment strategies. Following his graduation from Loyola University Maryland, he also spent two years working for WinnDevelopment on the acquisition and development of low-income multi-family housing throughout New England.

“Research and market intel are the absolute cornerstones of the brokerage industry,” said Colliers senior vice president Lauren Vecchione. “We are thrilled to welcome Dan who is already so deeply entrenched and aware of Boston market happenings and believe his skillset will effectively complement our entire team.”

Dan’s hiring will bring the growing team to a total of 17 urban brokerage-focused advisors, inclusive of Boston and Cambridge/life science-focused representatives.

“I am excited to support Dan in what I believe will be a seamless transition to a brokerage role here at Colliers,” said Goodhue. “He brings deep market knowledge as well as an undeniable energy and enthusiasm that will manifest itself throughout the organization.”
