Colliers International arranges 36,393 s/f lease for Integra LifeSciences

Colliers International has arranged an expansion and extension at 103 Morgan Ln., on behalf of the landlord, GRE Morgan Lane, LLC. Integra LifeSciences, a long-term tenant in the building, will now occupy 36,393 s/f. Integra LifeSciences is a global leader in medical devices and implants used in neurosurgery, neuromonitoring, neurotrauma and related critical care. With the expansion, the company now occupies more than 50% of the building. "Integra LifeSciences is expanding and wanted to remain in the building," said Ward Greer, a senior managing director with Colliers International New Jersey, who also represented the tenant in the transaction. "Both sides were committed to working out an arrangement for the additional space." 103 Morgan Ln. is located near Rte. 1 and exit 8A off of the NJ Tpke. Other tenants in the building include Supremia International and Progressive Insurance.
