Colliers International arranges $6.415 million sale of Stonington Estates

Colliers International Connecticut has arranged the sale of Stonington Estates, a 69-unit luxury apartment complex at 102 Stonington Rd. The 56,100 s/f property includes units that offer fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and balconies. "Stonington Estates is a beautiful, high-end apartment complex that attracted multiple bids," said Louis Zuckerman, a senior managing director with Colliers International Connecticut who, along with Enzennio Mallozzi, represented CW Capital, the seller. "We were able to leverage this high-value property for our client into a purchase price above the original listing." The buyer, Hamilton Point Investments, purchased the property for $6.415 million from CW Capital. Louis Zuckerman and Enzennio Mallozzi of Colliers International also represented Hamilton Point Investments.
