Colliers International brokers four leases totaling 132,469 s/f at 4 & 8 Technology Drive

Colliers International recently represented 4 & 8 Technology Dr., in four leasing transactions totaling 132,469 s/fat the Westborough Technology Park. The Colliers team of John Carroll, William Lynch, Timothy O'Brien, and Wayne Spiegel serve as the exclusive leasing agent for the property. Akibia, Inc. has renewed a 52,315 s/f office lease at 4 Technology Dr.. Cushman & Wakefield represented Akibia. ARRIS leased 28,574 s/f of office space at 8 Technology Dr. ARRIS was represented by CB Richard Ellis - N.E. Partners, LP (CBRE/NE). Columbia Gas executed a new 25,837 s/f office lease at 4 Technology Dr. to relocate from 300 Friberg Parkway. The move will take place in July. CBRE/NE represented Columbia Gas. Previously a subtenant of ARRIS within the park, SimpliVity, Inc. has executed a new direct 25,743 s/f lease at 8 Technology Dr. which represents a 15,000 s/f expansion for the firm. T3 Advisors, LLC represented SimpliVity. 4 & 8 Technology Dr., located within the Westborough Technology Park, are two well-established office/R&D buildings totaling 222,453 s/f. The buildings are located on Rte. 9, immediately adjacent to Rte. 495 and minutes from the Massachusetts Turnpike. This ideal location combines the convenience of numerous area shops and restaurants along Route 9 with the comfort of a wooded campus that boasts two hotels, a day care service, fitness facility, café and a jogging path. 4 Technology Drive is now fully leased and 8 Technology Drive currently has 50,691 square feet remaining of available space.
