Boston, MA Colliers International completed the sale of Schoolhouse at Lower Mills, a 62-unit apartment community in Dorchester’s Lower Mills neighborhood, for an undisclosed sale price. This property is comprised of two attached garden-style apartment buildings. One building is a converted 1850 schoolhouse, while the second consists of a recently constructed four-story elevatored building.

The apartments involves a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom units with ease of access to the area’s major employers and academic institutions. Units feature condo-quality amenities including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, 9’-12’ ceilings, and in-unit washers & dryers.
