Colliers International completes two sales in Rocky Hill totaling $5.6 million

Rocky Hill, CT Colliers International completed the sale of Worthington Arms, a 41-unit garden style apartment complex located at 100 & 200 Laura Ln., to Sunset Hill Restoration for $3.8 million.

The property is located in the town center and within walking distance to the Connecticut River Ferry and the Silas Deane Highway. The properties contain a mix of large 1 and 2-bedroom apartments with full basement storage in each building. Philip Gagnon, SIOR represented the seller and Bob Pagani, SIOR the buyer in the Hartford office of Colliers International.

In another transaction, Colliers International completed the sale of 748-750 Old Main St. Sunset HillRestoration purchased the 25,200 s/f office building for $1.8 million from Worthington Properties. The Worthington Building is located in the town center and was 95% leased at closing. The building offers to the market suite sizes from 505 s/f to 4,300 s/f, upgraded common amenities, turnkey build-outs and a convenient location to the CT River and the Silas Deane Highway.
