Colliers International leases 14,813 s/f to Lockton Companies

Farmington, CT Lockton Companies, a privately held insurance brokerage firm, will move its Connecticut offices to Pond View Corporate Center, located at 76 Batterson Park Rd.
A long-term lease was signed for 14,813 s/f of office space in the class A office building owned and managed by FUSCO Corporation.
John Cafasso, CCIM, broker and principal at Colliers International represented the landlord in the transaction and Bob Kelly, executive director at Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
