Colliers International (Colliers) has represented MorphoTrust USA in a 106,735 s/f office lease extension at 296 Concord Rd.
Colliers executive vice president James Elcock and senior vice president Greg Klemmer worked on behalf of MorphTrust. Jason Levendusky of CB Richard Ellis - N.E. Partners, LP. represented the landlord, California State Teachers' Retirement System.
