Colliers International represents WRT Management in lease to Bunzl Distribution

Colliers International represented WRT Management Corp. in a lease renewal for its current tenant, Bunzl Distribution at 180 Shrewsbury St. The Colliers team of Bob Cronin, senior vice president and Kevin Brawley, associate, facilitated the lease transaction, renewing 146,000 s/f of space at the fully-leased building. Bunzl was represented by Donald Mancini of Kelleher & Sadowsky, and Michael Sonnenberg of NAI LaSala-Sonnenberg. WRT Management Corp. owns and manages over 4 million s/f across its portfolio with a mix of industrial, office, retail residential and research & development properties.
