Colliers International secures space for Massachusetts Senior Care Association

Colliers International secured space at 800 South St., Watermill Center as leasing agent for Massachusetts Senior Care Association (MSCA). James Elcock, executive vice president, and Matthew Perry, associate, facilitate the transaction that provided attractive terms and a turnkey build-out for the client. The property is owned by Intercontinental, who was represented in the transaction by Mark Roth and Blake McLaughlin of Cushman & Wakefield. Massachusetts Senior Care Association was looking to obtain more space for its growing operation that its current space in Newton could not accommodate. The Watermill Center provides convenient access and ample free parking, in addition to the building amenities, which include an on-site fitness center and cafeteria.
