Colliers International leases 40,954 s/f of office/industrial space; Goodnow R.E. reps tenant New England Finish Systems

Salem, NH Colliers International negotiated a 40,954 s/f long-term lease at 32 Hampshire Rd. The space consists of 8,000 s/f of office and 32,954 s/f of light manufacturing and warehouse space.

An agreement was reached within two months due to the willingness of the landlord and tenant to work together in implementing improvements necessary for New England Finish System’s operations.

Hugo Overdeput of Colliers’ Manchester office represented the landlord, Hampshire Road Realty, LLC/Ideal Properties, LLC.

Christopher Goodnow of Goodnow Real Estate Services represented the tenant.

New England Finish Systems, which plans to keep its current Salem, NH location, needed to expand as a direct result of their strong business growth. An expansion of this size will benefit the community by creating additional jobs.
