Prolman and Hirsch broker $1.213 million sale of 15,200 s/f office/lab/warehouse

Amherst, NH Prolman Realty, Inc. has completed the $1.213 million sale of 6 Columbia Dr., Unit 2 to LASQ, LLC.

According to Mark Prolman of Prolman Realty, the 15,200 s/f building is in great condition and consists of 2,400 s/f of office space and 12,800 s/f of lab, clean -oom and warehouse space, and fully air conditioned throughout.

The seller, Columbia US, LLC was represented by Prolman Realty and the buyer was represented by Hirsch and Company.

According to Larry Hirsch, the building will be occupied by Kinex Cappers, LLC who relocated from another property on Columbia Dr.  The nature of their business is the design and manufacture of bottle capping machines.
